Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator instructions) Your first question comes from Christopher Blansett with JP Morgan. Your line is open.

Hi, thanks guys. First question is tied to kind of housekeeping. How much revenue that was delayed from Q2 do you think will end up in Q3?

Tim Carlson

On the surface of it right now, Chris, it looks like there is approximately $3 million of the SDS revenue and that was moved into Q3. And relative to the memory segment, it’s still up in the air little bit in terms of what’s going on.

Christopher Blansett – JP Morgan

Okay. And then obviously, I think a lot of investors are just concerned about general demand trends, so you guys typically give some color. How are general demand trends going this year versus what you might consider seasonal norms?

Doug Neugold

That’s a very good question. From our perspective, what we alluded to was little I guess surprise or confusing indicators on certain segments of the memory market. And that feels kind of real, whereas in prior calls I have said that the memory guys have put a lot of capacity in and they are running it very hard. I think that statement is still accurate for tier one customers, but we are seeing in some tier two cases – you know, these are companies that in some cases you’ve read about having basic problems and then some of the memory foundries as well. The indications for them are a little less clear. So I think what you might describe is maybe not tier one memory producers. I think there some of them are managing their wafer starts and consumption a bit. I think in the foundry space, our opinion is that there is pretty good momentum in there. It’s hard to say if it’s precisely following a seasonal trend, but I would say that we expect the second quarter to have – the second quarter was good, we expect to – or rather we expect the second quarter demand trend to be up. We are pretty encouraged – I’ve got myself confused here, I apologize. We expect that the third quarter is going to follow the trend that we’ve normally seen. And we saw Q2 being up at the foundries. We see it at the leading logic producers. We see some of the other logic producers maybe not being as strong as some of the leading logic producers. So it’s a bit of a mixed bag, but I think the seasonal trends for the largest and best traditional performers in the industry are pretty much intact.
