Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by and welcome to the Analogic Tech second quarter 2008 earnings conference call. During today’s presentation, all parties will be in listen-only mode. Following today’s presentation, the conference will be opened for questions. (Operator instructions) As a reminder this conference is being recorded today, Monday July 28th, 2008. Good afternoon and thank you for joining us on today's conference call to discuss the AnalogicTech's second quarter 2008 results. This call is being broadcast live over the web and can be accessed for 90 days in the investor relation section of the AnalogicTech's website at analogictech.com.
On today's call are Richard Williams, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Technical Officer; and Brian McDonald, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Thank you for joining us today, as AnalogicTech reports its second quarter 2008 results. During the call, I will provide a brief recap of the financial results and business highlights for the quarter, I will then turn the call over to Brian for detailed financial review of the second quarter followed by guidance for the third quarter.
