Thank you. Good morning and thank you for joining us today for our second quarter ’06 earnings webcast. With me this morning is Jim O’Shea, President and Chief Operating Officer; Dr. Mark Corrigan, Executive VP of R&D; David Southwell, EVP and Chief Financial Officer; Bob Scumaci, EVP Finance and Administration; and Jonae Barnes, Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
