Thank you Miss Cox. (Operator Instructions) And we'll go to the line of Adam Greene of J.P.Morgan. Please go ahead.
Adam Greene - J.P.Morgan
Thanks. Good morning. Question for Bruce. You had mentioned at the start that you had two NDAs at the FDA. Any color on what they are, when were they filed? And also, I think on the last call, you said you were going to file SEASONIQUE Lo fairly soon. I was curious if that was filed, and if that was part of the two that were at the FDA?
Bruce Downey
No, it's not part of the two at the FDA, but we do expect to file that by the end of the calendar year. And we haven't disclosed the two that are pending for competitive reasons, I don't think we'll do that this morning. But the SEASONIQUE Lo, we do expect to file in the next month and a half.
Adam Greene - J.P.Morgan
Great. Thank you.

And next we'll go to the line of Elliott Wilbur of CIBC World Markets.
Bruce Downey
Good morning, Elliott.
Elliott Wilbur - CIBC World Markets
Hi, Bruce, how are you?
Bruce Downey
Great, thanks.
Elliott Wilbur - CIBC World Markets
The company obviously printed a very strong quarter on the brand side. I am just wondering if you could give us a little bit more color on what some of the key drivers were, and I am hoping to get, perhaps, specific numbers on ParaGard in Plan B? Or if not, maybe give us a little bit of perspective on what the revenue split is between promoted and non-promoted products? Thanks.
Bruce Downey
We haven't broken out the individual products and I don't think we'll start this morning, but Plan B and ParaGard were the two leading products in the portfolio, and I think we'll continue to see those performing strong in the fourth quarter. Going forward, SEASONIQUE continues to grow off the base, as does our other promoted products. So we have heavily impacted promoted products versus the un-promoted products. And the growth, obviously, is in the promoted products while the un-promoted ones decline.

And next we'll go to the line of Gregg Gilbert of Merrill Lynch. Please go ahead.
Bruce Downey
Good morning, Gregg.
Gregg Gilbert - Merrill Lynch
Bruce, put your legal hat on. I know there was a Yasmin final pretrial conference recently. Do you expect that truck to go to trial for sure? And if so, can you summarize your case for us in basic terms? And on a related note, can you speculate on why Watson was sued on YAZ and Barr was not?
