Hi good morning gentleman, thank you for taking the question. Hey Dough, a question for you; what was the average take down price for – when you access the facility.
Douglas Swirsky
Of the average prices of the shares that we sold under that facility was $1.74.
Debjit Chattopadhyay – Boenning
Okay and question regarding the PACT. Now supposing – if I was to supply the reverse advocate here and say – let's say you – the approval is going to be based on four month improvement in overall survival. Supposing you do not meet that primary end point and you meet something like a two; two and half month improvement in survival we are just hoping that will be significant for pancreatic cancer patients; what could be the recourse from the FDA; could you increase this size of the trial and then get approval based on that smaller – so that will advantage.
Mark Thornton
This Mark Thornton and you raised a very important question. As you know much of GenVec's regulatory efforts in 2007 were focused on the PACT trial and developing a solid data analysis plan with the FDA was key we are certainly going to continue to follow that plan and agree to with the agency and our DSMB and we feel it's very important to adhere to this analysis. I would say any sort of consideration of scenarios like that are interesting to postulate but we really have to wait and see how the data unfolds before we would decide on measures to take.
Paul Fischer
If you want additional note there is that as you know, medium survival is just one way to characterize overall survivals which is the end point –
Debjit Chattopadhyay – Boenning
But is there room in the trial or in the discussions to increase the trial size if that were to be the case.
Paul Fischer
Yes, certainly, at the point of the second interim analysis at the 184 events, there is a feature in the agreed upon plan with the FDA to have the potential for resizing the trial should there be some sort of scenario as you described.
Debjit Chattopadhyay – Boenning
Okay, and the last question regarding the esophageal trial, do you foresee taking that in forward or with the head and neck be the most obvious indication because you could potentially use a solid good end point for that.
