Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

Thank you. (Operator Instructions). Our first question comes from Mike Urban with Deutsche Bank.

Mike Urban

Thanks. Good morning, guys.

Ken White

Good morning Mike.

Mike Urban

Well, can I go with the pricing question right off the bat there?

Ken White

Thank you there.

Mike Urban

I know you're shocked. So, obviously one of your competitors was particularly bearish on the U.S. pricing front in a business line that's near and dear to your heart in the directional business in the U.S. Others I've talked to kind of disagreed. So I would be interested to hear your take on pricing in that market?

Jeff Tepera

This is Jeff. Mike, actually I spent about 2 weeks ago with about 35 of our Pathfinder management team, sales team looking at our budget for the upcoming year where we are going to allocate assets et cetera, et cetera. I will tell you the big concern for us is the amount of work we're turning down, the amount of assets that we have coming online that we don't have enough coming online. We are not concerned about pricing today. We don't see it. We don't feel it. We're not going up in pricing, but we are definitely not going down. If we can edge up here and there we will in a certain location though we have not seen any downward trend, nor do we anticipate a downward trend. Again, I would tell you there is a lot of well programs that a lot of customers want us on. We just don't have the assets to do. So, that would pretty much make it obvious that we're not going down on pricing.

Mike Urban

That's great to hear.

Jeff Tepera

Now on the international front, actually all new tenders that we're tendering on were actually going up on pricing in a pretty good way. So, from an international perspective I'm sure most are saying the same that on the MLWD side the pricing is definitely going up.

Mike Urban

Yeah, okay. Very helpful. And, more kind of a regional question for number 2 here. The Gulf of Mexico hurt a lot of people in the quarter, certainly sounded like it hurt you in October. With your comments about January being off to a good start pertain that the Gulf as well as the business as a whole and kind of what's the outlook for Gulf of Mexico going forward?
