Hi Derik.
Derik de Bruin - UBS
Hi good afternoon.
Garry W. Rogerson, Ph.D. - President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Good afternoon, yes.
Derik de Bruin - UBS
So, I guess, most of the question I think tend to be on the global market outlook. And I guess you mentioned some system delays in terms... and I assume academics not getting endocuments and stuff like that. I guess, could you just talk about what you are hearing in terms of lab build out? I know that some time people have to be modification to get in margins from there? And I guess the state of academia and then roll that into the state of pharma for the NMR project particularly?
Garry W. Rogerson, Ph.D. - President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Well I think, the first thing to say as you... if you're going to see any slowdown it will be on the high-end of the capital equipment, which perhaps is NMR. You got to remember that most of that slots are full for the year for NMR and imaging and a large magnetic systems. So there isn't much more we can get in.
We haven't seen any slowdown in people building because of the credit squeeze, we always are seen building slippage. It happens nine times out of 10. But not necessary, not due to any squeeze or slowdown in the building itself.
So we haven't seen any of that to my knowledge.
Derik de Bruin - UBS
Okay.
Garry W. Rogerson, Ph.D. - President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
And in fact over the last year, we've actually had more activity at high-field. Now Derik, that isn't saying too much, of course, because as you will know we pulled out at high-field, a little while ago. But every instrument we get is high-field NMR now is a bonus and a lot of that new products are actually hitting them all relative nicely, now we got our magnet facility.
We're in okay shape, high-field. There are minimum slots to fill for the year. We see no one... slowing buildings down or anything like that to slow the actual products getting there.
Derik de Bruin - UBS
Okay.
