Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

Thank you sir, we will now begin the question and answer session.

(Operator instructions)

Our first question comes from Steve O’Neil with Hillard Lyons, please go ahead.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

I had a question on the accelerated depreciation, but before I ask, could you please review your comment just so I can make sure I am asking it correctly.

Jon Singer

Yes, if you go back to the charge that we took last year, I will just go back to my notes, approximately we looked at a set of assets with a value of about $3.5 million, approximately $2.2 was determined to be impaired and approximately $690,000.00 of the assets were determined to be subject to accelerated depreciation. That accelerated depreciation, Steve, was recorded from the period in which we identified them last year, which was at the beginning of our second half through March 31, of this year. The first quarter impact of that was $188,000.00.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

So, we will see a charge like this then in the second quarter of the fiscal year and then nothing in the third and the fourth?

Jon Singer

Correct.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

What was the tax rate applied to the $188,000.00? What were the after-tax amounts, I guess?

Jon Singer

40%.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

What was the equity income from the Nagase-Landauer in the first quarter and the year-ago quarter?

Jon Singer

Equity coming from the Nagase-Landauer was $386,000.00 for this quarter and $348,000.00 for the year-ago quarter.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

And finally on the new customer, that is the operator of nuclear power plant, you said there were six plants, is that six units or the six plants or more units than six, could you elaborate a bit please?

Jon Singer

It is six units, Steve.

Stephen O’Neil – Hillard Lyons

And are they geographically diverse? Are they close together? Actually, let me ask you in a different way, I am just trying to see how the InLight system deals with how they operate. Do they process their badges from a central location that is near the plants and I guess the second part of the question would be, is there ongoing revenue from these flying badges to them for the future.

Craig Yoder

Yes, this is Craig Yoder, they are operating out of a central laboratory to support those six plants and we do feel that there will be some ongoing revenue as they ask for badges, for outages and other services, particularly neutron services that will go with them.
