(inaudible) spending on radiology to learn this procedure and with respect to reimbursement how would that compare with other procedures in (inaudible)?

Martin Joyce

The beauty of the procedure for interventional radiologist is that they have basic core training under visualized treatments enables them to really get quickly up the learning curve uterine fibroid embolization. So it is a matter of seeing one and going under probably a luminary or product but there is really no barrier there. That is their training; the key to their success is they have access all over the body. So for them once they understand the base of protocols they are ready to go. So that is their key thing, the same question.

Does it actually have to do with how the economics in the interventional radiologists compare with the other procedures that they preformed?

Martin Joyce

Well for those who follow the company, last year in '07 there was a reduction and reimbursement for interventional radiologist which under the old model it was a component coded scheme. Now some physicians are charging up with the $2000 to $3000 for the procedure that takes 45 to 90 minutes to do. As a result the SIR leadership including many of the luminaries of procedure requesting an adjustment in the reimbursement. Strangely enough nobody likes them just for the reimbursement, anyway it grows. Where it ultimately landed is it uterine fibroids embolization is one of the most still the reduced reimbursement which is about a $1000 now. They are still one of the most profitable procedures an interventional radiologist can do, so we are in very good shape there.
