Question-and-Answer Session
Stuart Clark
Thank you very much, Andy and thank you to everybody for your patience in listening to the commentary. And we are now ready to open the call for questions. So operator, would you like to do that for us please?
Operator
(Operator Instructions). Your first question comes from Tom Giovine with Giovine Capital Group.

Hi guys.
Stuart Clark
Hi Tom.
Raymond D'Arcy
Hi Tom.
Thomas Giovine - Giovine Capital Group LLC
Congratulations, well done. I just want to clarify, Stuart is this going to be your last conference call?
Stuart Clark
We haven't actually finalized completely the transition because there are still a couple of things that we are waiting to fall into place. But I think it's quite possible it will be my last conference call.
Thomas Giovine - Giovine Capital Group LLC
Well I don't want to get in one of those things where I'm saying well done over a number of years and then I have to repeat it again. But I think I've been a shareholder in varying sizes since the merger of Data Broadcasting and you've been a nice, steady hand and I appreciate how well you've done for the company.
Stuart Clark
Thank you, Tom. I much appreciate that as I've appreciated your support.
Thomas Giovine - Giovine Capital Group LLC
Well, since then, maybe I'll use the opportunity to ask a final question. The last time you sold stock was like was in September of '08. As a result of you leaving, should we expect to see any meaningful decline in your shareholdings as a result of you leaving the company?
Stuart Clark
Well I can't give you exact answers on that, but clearly... in fact, I've never sold any stock. I only ever exercised one option and held the option. So I have big... I've got a lot of options that over a period of time I will need to deal with. But I can say is I will be remaining a substantial shareholder in Interactive Data.
Thomas Giovine - Giovine Capital Group LLC
Great. And I guess just my only other question for Ray is could you just maybe go into a little bit more detail about what you're seeing in the acquisition landscape? And I guess I would imagine that there might be some folks who have some businesses that are the result of companies going bankrupt and they might be able to extract some value for them, or maybe other institutions who view them now as they have always been non-core, but they maybe now they are more of a willing seller? But can you just detail a little bit more about what you see out there and what you think... what opportunity could present itself this year on that front?
