Donna Gibbs, Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing and Commerce
Good afternoon, and welcome to PlanetOut's fourth quarter financial results conference call for the period ended December 31st, 2005. I'm Donna Gibbs, Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing and Commerce at PlanetOut. Joining us on the call today are Lowell Selvin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; and Jeff Soukup, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Also joining us for Q&A are Mark Elderkin, President, and Bob Cohen, Interim President for LPI.
By now you should have received a copy of today's earnings release which is also posted on the IR section of PlanetOut's corporate website at www.planetoutinc.com. The IR section of the website also includes a slide presentation that management may reference in today's call. Lowell and Jeff will begin our call by providing an overview of the business and our financial results, after which we will open the line for a question-and-answer session.
As a reminder during the course of the call we may make forward-looking statements regarding future events or performance. We caution you that actual events or results may differ materially from those forward-looking statements and we refer you to documents we have filed with the SEC including the 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30th, 2005, the 10-K for the year ended December 31st, 2004 and other public filings.
These documents identify factors and risks that could cause results to differ from the forward-looking statements. During this call we may also discuss several non-GAAP financial measures including adjusted EBITDA, adjusted net income, adjusted earnings per share basic and diluted, unallocated corporate expenses, and adjusted EBITDA excluding unallocated corporate expenses.
