As North Pointe closes the books on 2007, we closed out our second decade of operations. 2008 will clearly be a year of tremendous transition for our organization.
As I mentioned, we are working to close the transaction with QBE in the most timely fashion possible. Should the transaction close before May 15, this will be our last public earnings call.
With that in mind, I would like to thank all our employees, our agents, for their hard work and dedication. And I’d also like to thank all of those who invested in and followed North Pointe as a public company.
