Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
Good morning.
William Reuter
Hi Matt.
Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
A quick question, what was the volume at Hann?
Drew Hostetter
The volume at Hann for the first quarter was $61 million, and 2,228 units.
Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
Okay. What do you think is going to happen for volume for the rest of the year outlook, given what we're seeing in the economy, etc., etc.?
Drew Hostetter
We think they're going to stay pretty flat with 2007 production.
Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
And, I think as Bill mentioned that you had two credits, a masonry contractor in Pennsylvania and what was the one in Maryland?
William Reuter
A real estate project in Maryland.
Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
And that's different than the condo?
William Reuter
Yes, different. The condo was one we discussed last two quarters. My point in the introduction was that the condo at the shore paid us down, you know, almost $2 million in the first quarter through sale of units at a time when shore properties don't really move very well in the first quarter.
Drew Hostetter
(Inaudible) down even further the rest of the year.
Matthew Schultheis - Ferris Baker Watts
Okay. That's it for me. Thank you very much.

Drew Hostetter
Morning, Steve.
Steve Moss - Janney Montgomery Scott
With regard to the two large NPAs, what was the size of each loan?
Drew Hostetter
The commercial, the masonry contractor, was $12 million and the real estate was $8 million.
Steve Moss - Janney Montgomery Scott
Okay and were these loans from community?
William Reuter
No.
Steve Moss - Janney Montgomery Scott
And also what are you seeing for delinquency trends here, this quarter, versus last quarter?
William Reuter
Are you talking 30 days, 90 days?
Steve Moss - Janney Montgomery Scott
30 days.
William Reuter
Mike Quick's going to speak here in a second.
Michael Quick
Overall, the delinquency went from approximately about 150 down to 140 in one. Let me get the exact number for you. So, we did see downward trends from the last quarter of overall delinquency.
