Question-and-Answer Session
Operator
Thank you, gentlemen. At this time, we will open the floor for questions. (Operator Instructions). Our first question comes from Mathew Crews with Noble Financials.
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
Yes, good morning. Pressing a little detail, the amount... the number of consultants that have remained flat at 39, and also if you had the part time head count there?
Frank Tilley
I am sorry Matthew. Would you repeat the question?
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
Yes. The number of consultants at the end of the quarter, was it flat at 39?
Frank Tilley
No. Our active consultants are at 26.
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
Okay. And the number of part time?
Frank Tilley
Part time consultants, you mean the ones on furlough or the ones who are --
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
The ones that usually log the three: fulltime, part time furlough I would say.
Frank Tilley
Okay. That's four right now.
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
Okay. Great, thank you. Second question. In terms of your business outlook, I know you did a good job detailing what you could. Did you see any noticeable change, say even in the several weeks coming out of March through April in terms of business prospects, maybe a little bit more opportunities to try new business, maybe if you could discuss the commercial versus the government side of the business?
Earle Steinberg
Sure. I think we're seeing, we are pursuing a few large commercial opportunities. And the government business will come at some point as the new administration settles in, and all the political appointments are in place, because the political appointments make policy decisions, while the Korea government employees simply implement that policy.
Some new government initiatives that we are actively bidding on are being held up until those political appointments are in place. We are seeing some movement in both of those areas, some positive movement in both of those areas in terms of our pipeline over the last month.
Matthew Crews - Noble Financial Group
Great. Thank you very much.
Operator
Thank you. Our next question comes from John Frankola with Vista Investment Management.
John Frankola - Vista Investment Management
Hello. Good morning.
Frank Tilley
Good morning.
John Frankola - Vista Investment Management
Can you describe your average engagements, you have 26 consultants, were part time consultants. So, just to give me an idea of maybe the length of the engagement, the number of people on a team, so do you have five teams now, do you have seven teams now, do the engagements go three months, six months; just to be able to conceptualize your business a little bit?
