(Operator instructions) Your first question comes from the line of Tim.
Tim – Jefferies & Company
Hi, yes, this is Tim [ph] on behalf of Dave Windley. Thanks for taking the call. I noticed an article popped up yesterday that look like you guys barely missed out on a big piece of J&J business. I think that might have been or so. Can you just discuss kind of what happened there; was it a pricing situation or what?
Blane Walter
Let me go back. J&J, their pharma division in the U.S. like many of our clients wanted to consolidate the number of suppliers that they are working with to support the marketing of their products. J&J was working with over 200 somewhat suppliers wanted to get into – get that number down to handful of suppliers who can provide them more integrated communications going forward. We were very much in the mix of that we had – they had identified down to four players, they had made decision to go with two networks, frankly, networks that had already been doing out a lot of business with them and while we are disappointed that we did not win that, frankly, it was a lot more upside than, than you go downside. We have a portfolio of products with them today that we will continue through the pattern expiration that we were already anticipating through 2009. The trend we are seeing right now that we are well positioned for, I mean they are looking for companies that can integrate across and all sorts of capabilities, inVentiv's got the ability given a singular background in our collaborative culture and while we're just one did not win that, we win with our fair share.
Tim – Jefferies & Company
All right. Thanks for that. And maybe in light of the – of all the restructuring going on, can you maybe give us a frank assessment of the pricing environment in each of your business segments?
Dave Bassin
Sure. I mean, the basic – the short answer is we have not seen a significant amount of pricing pressure within any of our segments. What we are seeing is clients are trying to reduce costs, they are trying to find more efficient way to deliver and support their products, and obviously, the inVentiv offers that capability when it comes to actual pricing of those services we have not seen a significant change in the pricing.
