Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

(Operator Instructions). We will take our first question from Eric Martinuzzi with Craig-Hallum.

Eric Martinuzzi - Craig-Hallum

I had question about the revenue per live user. The improvement there is obviously the key both for the second quarter finish as well as the outlook. At the time, in Q1, the reason for the Q1 shortfall, I think it had lot to do with a legacy user click frequency. Did you see a significant change there?

Peter Corrao

Yes. Let me be specific, Eric. Give us just a second to look at our numbers about that, because it's kind of a two-edge sword. So, Rob, help me with the percentage, RPMLU increased from Q1 to Q2 was what?

Rob Roe

From Q1 to Q2 on average was actually an average decline, but it troughed in Q2.

Peter Corrao

I am sorry I am talking in tier 1 though.

Rob Roe

In tier 1.

Peter Corrao

In tier 1 which is where the rubber meets the roads for the revenue.

Rob Roe

On average, it's about flat from the beginning of the quarter to the end of the quarter.

Peter Corrao

Actually from the end of Q1 to the end of Q2, beginning July, there was an increase of this number, so the percentage's got to be about 2%, something like that.

Rob Roe

You are saying end of Q2.

Peter Corrao

Yes. I meant it to today.

Rob Roe

Yes. It's up slightly.

Peter Corrao

Right. So what happened, Eric, that's the first part of the question. We had a big dip in the middle. Remember, three months ago, we had hit the panic button because RPMLU had fallen off. Since then from all the things that I talked to you about, we were able to get the RPMLU back and into the end of the quarter and July, it's now higher than it's been. So we are in pretty good shape with that.

Alex Vlasto

Comparing Q1 to Q2 is not the most accurate comparison because remember, Eric, the RPMLU really started decreasing on us after we turned our advertising spend back on following the sale of MIVA Media. So that was about a middle of March. It really started going down from the middle of March through April and into May as well.

So it's crossed over Q1 and Q2, so the quarter-over-quarter isn't the most accurate comparisons to make. So it really started picking up on us again in June and then through pretty much the whole of June and then throughout July as well and then into August too.
