Question-and-Answer Session

(Operator Instructions) Your first question comes from the line of George Whiteside - SWS Financial Services.

George Whiteside - SWS Financial Services

At the end of last fiscal year, I believe you had commented on your backlog as being in the neighborhood of $12 million to $15 million and then with the excellent performance of this current month, I wonder if you could update us to some extent on how this has impacted your backlog.

Ronald R. Helm

We had made a decision last year at having been in a company like some others in our industry who had publicly reported backlog, we made a decision last year to start reporting backlog on an annual basis and we do plan to do that. We will have a further update of our backlog numbers as we start the new fiscal year.

Having said that, we have not had any material changes to our backlog situation. Clearly when we have a good quarter and in this case earned over $3 million of revenue, that puts pressure on backlog but we have been able to maintain a good steady flow of new contracts and its backlog is somewhat volatile and that we have contracts which in some cases are very short term like the one that John mentioned at the end of this quarter. But most of our studies last on the neighborhood of the year to 18 months so we have others to go out as long as four years.

But right now, we continue to believe that our backlog is very healthy and so we will as I say give those updates on the actual numbers at the end of the fiscal year.

George Whiteside - SWS Financial Services

Thank you very much and that is valuable information to know that you are maintaining here your backlog, particularly in view of the overall economic pressures and credit situations plus pharma having its own issues. Again, thanks very much.

Ronald R. Helm

You bet, you are welcome and I would just say too for everyone's education that in our industry, backlog is defined as unbilled revenues on signed contracts and we will report those numbers again at the end of the year as well as with the total contracts that the Company is working on.

Your next question comes from the line of Nick [16.0]

Two questions, on the biomarker that I know you guys are very swamped which is a problem to add but two things when you addressed what you mentioned as genetic resources and how you might address that and sort of follow on question, that first customer audit of the biomarker facility, is that key to getting new customers and new contracts lined up?
