On this morning's call, Peter Kann, Dow Jones' Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, will touch very briefly on some highlights of the fourth quarter; Chris Vieth, our Chief Financial Officer, will take you through the financial results; and then Rich Zannino, our Chief Operating Officer, will elaborate with operating highlights and our forward outlook.
