Good day everyone, and welcome to the Kos Pharmaceuticals, Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2005 Conference Call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time I would like to turn the conference over to Vice President of Investor Relation Jack Howarth. Please go ahead sir.

Thank you Glenn and good morning everyone. Welcome to Kos' fourth quarter and full year 2005 earnings conference call. Joining me on this morning's call are Adrian Adams, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Clark, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Juan Rodriguez, Senior Vice President and Controller and Corporate Administration. I hope you all had a chance to review today's earnings release as well as our research and development milestone release. If you have any additional questions following this conference call, please feel free to call either Nichol Harber or me. I would also like to call your attention to the slides that company are remarks this morning.
