Good afternoon and welcome to the JDSU fiscal 2006 fourth quarter and year end conference call. My name is Jeff and I will be you coordinator for today. Good afternoon everyone and thank you for your patience as our conference provider worked through some technical issues. Welcome to JDSU's fiscal 2006 fourth quarter and year end conference call. Joining me on the call today are Kevin Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer, and Dave Vellequette, Chief Financial Officer.
