Question-and-Answer Session

Operator

Ladies and gentlemen at this time we will be conducting a question-and-answer session. (Operator Instructions). Our first question comes from [Henry Gumbel] with [Adi Management]. Sir, please state your question.

Henry Gumbel - Adi Management

Hi, I wanted to ask you about the health service costs. The previous quarter, your cost, say, roughly flat about 9.5 million. But in next quarter it seems to have jumped to 11 million. I wanted to know how much is the variable cost for sales and how much of that is a fixed cost?

Roberta Lipson

Hi Mr. Gumbel, you are talking about, for the Healthcare Services division?

Henry Gumbel - Adi Management

Yes, that's right.

Roberta Lipson

Yes, business has being growing very rapidly in that division and we have been ramping up services and we expect to see continued growth in business as we have been seeing it all along and of course we need to ramp up our capacity in that pace and as you can see, revenues increased 28% whereas expenses only increased year-on-year 22%. So, actually our revenues are seeing far ahead of the (inaudible).

Henry Gumbel - Adi Management

Right. Well, could you say then, perhaps how much further you would have to ramp-up costs in order to get the full capacity?

Roberta Lipson

I am sorry, some of the ramp-up is due to increase in services that we provide and some of the ramp-up is due to increase variable cost that are directly related to revenue.

Henry Gumbel - Adi Management

Right; could you give me a split of that?

Roberta Lipson

I can't right now. Larry, are you able to talk to that, or would you like to talk offline about that?

Lawrence Pemble

I think, we did as you have mentioned, I mean we had revenue growth in the quarter of 28% and cost increase of 22%. We are at fairly standard, if you have a apples-to-apples comparison with US facility, our cost, our expense basis is fairly standard within the industry. And so, it does, as we increase revenue we do increase cost whether that tracks exactly to the kind of ratios we have this period, I think, I don't think we are so far off of a standard at this stage.

Henry Gumbel - Adi Management

Okay.

Our next question comes from Julie Chen with Brean Murray. Please state your question.
