Good morning. Thanks for taking my questions. Actually, I just want to see if I could confirm a couple things from your script, James. Did you say you have a new contract for Hector Garza of 48 beds, is that right?
James Hyman
Yes. It's with the Texas Youth Commission. Up to 48.
Kevin Campbell - Avondale Partners
Up to 48. Okay. And did you also say that you're already receiving BOP inmates at the RCC right now?
James Hyman
Yes.
Kevin Campbell - Avondale Partners
Okay. And then in your guidance, did you say whether or not you were including collection of that remaining sort of 500,000, 600,000 differential between what your expectations were at the RCC?
James Hyman
Yeah. What I said was that the assumptions are that there are no other true-ups in the guidance.
Kevin Campbell - Avondale Partners
Okay. Thank you.

Our next question comes from Todd Van Fleet with First Analysis. Please go ahead.

Hi, guys. Nice quarter. One comment before the question. James, I know you're big on efficiency, but the one question rule is a highly inefficient way to manage the call. With that, the question is with respect to the aggregate per diem for the adult secure business in the quarter, which I believe you reported is about $55.5 that includes the impact of $1.5 million true-up payment right for RCC.
I'm wondering, is it appropriate to kind of determine a pro forma aggregate per diem for Adult Secure stripping off the $1.5 million from the revenue number and dividing it by the number of compensated man days to arrive at kind of a pro forma per diem figure? If that is appropriate, the calculation yields 53.9 in terms of the aggregate per diem for the quarter. I'm wondering why that would be down sequentially?
James Hyman
Sure. The approach you're taking is right. I was so taken aback by the comments on the sequencing of questions here that I had to think hard about it. Just as an aside, we can make an executive decision that we put the one question rule in place several years ago because of the -- I guess the sequence of comments that were coming on. I am prepared to abandon that rule right now and we will go to multiple questions since Kevin basically asked four, and we will see how it goes and, if necessary, we will change it later. So we can abandon that rule.
