Google is partnering with ad technology company Visible World in a bid to offer TV advertisers greater targeting options. Visible World uses its software to create multiple versions of a specific ad by allowing ad firms to change features including music, graphics and script. Google plans to combine this software with its Google TV Ads system, which provides an automated service for buying TV ads.
Mike Steib, director of Google TV Ads, says: ?One ad with one message for one audience is not the right thing for everyone anymore.?
The partnership came about after advertisers, including Lenovo Group, asked the two companies to collaborate. Google is set to pay Visible World for the use of its software, but specific details of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
