California-based iControl Networks has raised USD23m in a Series C funding round from Tyco International's ADT Security Services, Cisco, Comcast Interactive Capital and GE Security. Existing investors Charles River Ventures, Intel Capital and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers also participated in the round. The firm has developed a web-based connection which enables users to monitor and control devices such as lighting and thermostats via the internet or mobile devices.
