AT&T is rumoured to be releasing its first Android-based phone in the form of the HTC Lancaster. According to presentation slides leaked to Engadget, the new device will have a slide-out qwerty keyboard, a three-megapixel camera and a ?unique HTC social messaging user interface?.
The slides indicate AT&T plans to release the phone under an exclusive deal in August. However, the mobile operator plans to replace Google’s user interface with its own AT&T standard interface, which may delay the Lancaster’s launch.
