Microsoft is integrating Netflix’s library of 12,000 online video rentals into Windows Media Center. Videos are now available to watch instantly for all Netflix subscribers that use Vista Home or Ultimate.

Microsoft plans to turn its Windows Media Center into a central entertainment hub and already integrates sports shows from CBS, Fox and MSNBC. Unlike traditional video sites, users can use a TV-like remote control to watch shows within Windows Media Center. However, commentators say user must be quite tech-savvy to master the technology.
