MSN has partnered with website builder WetPaint to let visitors edit and contribute photos, videos and text to new fansites hosted on the MSN Entertainment portal. MSN will launch more than 25 sites on its entertainment portal this year. WetPaint’s ?WetPaint Injected’ platform will power the sites. The platform allows any site owner to put user-generated content on their sites.
Seattle-based WetPaint powers fansites for HBO, Showtime and Fox, and has raised more than USD40m in funding.
