California-based Beceem Communications has raised USD20m in a Series E funding round from Motorola and existing investors Global Catalyst Partners, Khosla Ventures, KTB Ventures, Walden International, Intel Capital, NEC, Mitsui and Samsung. The company develops mobile WiMAX semiconductors.
