Former Microsoft exec Robert Scoble is developing a new content and social networking community called Building 43 with his new employer, hosting provider Rackspace.

The community’s content will be covered by a Creative Commons licence, allowing members to use and edit content as they like. Scoble says Building 43 will be a distributed community available on existing social networks.

Scoble came to prominence with his blog Scobelizer, written while working as a technical evangelist for Microsoft.
