Google is partnering with Real Networks to offer the Google Chrome browser with RealPlayer. Users downloading RealPlayer are now offered the option to install Chrome at the same time. The move reflects Google’s aggressive efforts to expand Chrome’s market share beyond its current 1.15%.

Google is promoting Chrome with a number of ad campaigns to increase awareness. Analysts say bundling its product with third-party software might not be enough to increase Google’s share of such a saturated market.
