Netflix is reportedly polling its subscribers as to whether they would want online access to HBO films and shows for an additional USD10 a month. The new content partnership would let users watch streamed HBO content on internet-connected TVs or through other devices such as set-top boxes, Blu-ray players or videogame consoles.

Netflix already provides its subscribers with a library of 12,000 videos, which they can stream for no additional charge. Users can access Netflix’s online library from devices such as Roku’s set-top box, Microsoft's Xbox 360 console, TiVo’s TV recorder and selected Blu-ray disk players.
