Customer relationship management (CRM) business strategy provider Green Beacon Solutions has partnered with ClickSoftware Technologies, a mobile workforce solutions supplier. The companies aim to provide a field service management solution geared towards organizations with between 50 to 500 field employees, enabling anytime, anywhere access to Microsoft CRM and major enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. The deal's terms weren't disclosed.Green Beacon says it will work with customers to implement ClickSoftware's ClickIMRS (Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services) solution. ClickIMRS integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX (formerly Axapta), enabling mid-sized service organizations to link their field forces to all parts of the business, offering faster and more efficient responses to customers.
