CBS has announced a series of deals for its online video platform TV.com, including partnerships with MGM, Sony, PBS,Endemol and CBS’s cable channel Showtime. As part of the deal, the new video website will offer old sitcoms such as Sony's The Partridge Family, along with several more recent titles such as PBS's Wired Science and Endemol's reality show I Want to be a Hilton.

CBS also plans to program a thousand episodes of its most popular TV shows such as Dexter and Starsky & Hutch. The TV network bought TV.com as part of its CNET acquisition and redesigned the website as an online video platform to compete with NBC’s and News Corp’s joint venture Hulu.
