New York-based Peer39 has raised USD10.5m in a Series C funding round led by Evergreen Venture Partners. Existing investors Canaan Partners, Dawntreader Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank and JPMorgan also participated in the round. The firm develops semantic technology for advertising. Founded in 2006, Peer39 has raised USD22m in venture investment to date.
