WebMediaBrands has sold its Internet.com division to QuinStreet for USD18m in cash. Following the sale, WebMediaBrands will "focus on growing B2B communities in the non-tech space?, according to its CEO and chairman Alan M Meckler. The company will continue to operate its remaining online businesses, including Mediabistro.com and Graphics.com as well as related job boards, online education services and tradeshows.
