US-based digital outdoor ad firm Danoo is buying outdoor ad network IdeaCast from National CineMedia for an undisclosed sum. The IdeaCast network aims to reach audiences on planes and health clubs.
Dannoo says the merger will result in improved ad targeting to specific geographic locations. Danoo will also expand its services to mobile phones in the future. National CineMedia CEO Kurt Hall describes the merger as ?an important step in our effort to bring greater national reach and more standardised buying metrics to the media community?.
