A Google-founded group of tech and mobile companies - the Open Handset Alliance - is adding 14 new members including Sony Ericsson, Toshiba, Vodafone, Softbank and Huawei Technologies. New members will build Android devices, contribute to the Android open source project or develop products and services to support the growth of Android-based devices.
