Santa Barbara-based cloud computing firm RightScale has raised USD13m in Series B funding from Index Ventures and Benchmark Capital, which led the firm’s USD4.5m Series A round in April.
Founded in 2007, RightScale provides cloud computing management systems to help companies create scalable web applications that run on Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud.
