Awarepoint Corporation, a developer of real-time location systems, has raised USD13.3m in Series D round of funding led by Cardinal Capital, and with participation from Venrock and Avalon Ventures.
The California-based company offers resources for determining the location, status and movement visibility of people and equipment, and works in particular with hospitals.
