Aprius has raised USD20m in its second round of funding for its high-speed internet connection system for data centres. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from previous backers, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and New Enterprise Associates. In its first funding round, in May 2007, the company raised USD11m.

Aprius was established in 2006 by three former Intel employees, and is based in California.
