Mobile advertising company, Apptera, has raised USD10.5m in funding from existing investors, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Alloy Ventures and Walden International. The new investment will go towards the development of the company’s voice and visual mobile advertising network.
Apptera was established in 2001, and is based in California. Its flagship product, MobileAd Xchange, is aimed at improving the contextual relevance of mobile advertisments, whilst reducing costs for marketers.
