Awesome thoughts... I esp liked the Disagree and Commit idea. Its perfect for the hi-tech industry where subject matter experts bring diff experiences and expertise to a discussion/meeting and cant always agree. Later starts the blame game of "hey, it was never MY idea to do it like this...."
