    RE: Measuring Employee Value

If an employee is seen as only a numeric value then they
are reduced to being a commodity traded on the meat
    market of the work force.
I am not saying that is what is proposed here but I've
seen corporations use this type of approach as a weapon
to lord over rather then a tool for training, career growth
    and development.
To rate the value of an employee, consideration needs to
be given to personality, skill set, career fit, and a
teachable attitude as well as, obviously, job performance.
