RE: Creating a Productive Corporate Culture

The question posed about financial and other quantitative measures of the impact of corporate culture on business performance is important. As Dr. Sulkowicz pointed out, there are surveys available to assess organizations and provide feedback to senior management. However, education of senior management about the value of such tools as a complement to financial feedback is much needed. There remains a bias toward 'hard numbers' and a dismissal of what some see as 'soft data'. As a business anthropologist who has worked in the corporate sector for many years, I have seen a tremendous amount of evidence that supports Dr. Sullkowicz's perspective.
