    This was an excellent video - but not what I am looking for. Where are the videos on BNET focusing on "skills and techniques- behavior patterns in the workplace? I have been on the site for almost 1 hour and cannot find this specific source.

    Please advise as immediate as possible.

Matt Miller is the CTO of Cybercoders, one of the premiere recruiting and job search firms in the U.S. with clients as diverse as Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Nokia, and American Express. With hiring a quality workforce a priority for every entrepreneur, Matt gives us some insight into the rapid growth of his company and how they can help build a winning team.

Vince Thompson: Hi. I'm Vince Thompson. Welcome to Dog and Pony. Are you tired of all the meetings? Managers talking amongst themselves, maybe looking at your structure in your organization and thinking it maybe time to lighten it up. We're gonna introduce you to an amazing company. It's called CyberCoders. They rely heavily on proprietary technology to match world class employees with companies like Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Nokia and American Express. So tell us about CyberCoders, how does this all work?

Matt Miller: Well, we started in 1999 just to you know try to help the tech people match them with the tech-based companies and you know software companies. When the bubble burst we diversified into every industry across the country and we built a lot of technology to help us achieve that. We can find anyone, anywhere, anytime in pretty much North America and no other company can really do that that we know of.

Vince Thompson: When you say find someone, are you finding someone with the appropriate skills? Do you have access to their resume or how are you figure this out?

Matt Miller: We have access to a network of 7 million candidates that we use quite a bit. And then we also reach out to, you know the Internet by using different technologies that we build.

Vince Thompson: You're matching employees with jobs and you're doing it in this very interesting structure, a hundred people reporting to two, tell us about what roles people play?

Matt Miller: We only hire skilled recruiters, so they are experienced with getting on the phone and comfortable talking to people and closing deals and that kind of thing. Then we have a lot of proprietary software that helps automate a lot of their daily task. And we make it so easy for the people that work for us to make money and be successful and live happy lives. I mean that's really where we make the big differences. They don't have to be at their desk 8 hours a day. They can be mobile. They can take -- wherever they are they can take their information work on a PDA and get all the data that they need and sync up and they can be with their family and their kids.

Vince Thompson: What kind of changes have you seen in the job market?

Matt Miller: It's interesting, there's -- you know a lot of tools on the Internet like LinkedIn and those types of social networking sites that let people network and find hire members that way and I think a lot of successful recruiting firms will have to go that way in order to be successful and that we're definitely looking doing that.

Vince Thompson: How is a company like yours prepared to weather a rough economy?

Matt Miller: Through diversifying our client base. We really will -- we'll take on any kind of job because we can work any position and in this kind of economy, like we saw back in 2000, 2001 when the tech bubble burst it's really key for anyone to be diversified and work every possible position and that way and be -- you know, you to be aggressive.

Vince Thompson: Your company has gone through rapid growth, what kind of advice could you give us when it comes to scaling and maintaining quality as one grows.

Matt Miller: Being open to change is vitally important because you don't have to change all of your processes as you go along and planning as much as you can at least -- you know for at least the next year, seeing if you can plan out that much and then try to adapt as things come about.

Vince Thompson: What's the future look like for CyberCoders?

Matt Miller: We're gonna keep growing even through down turn here we're gonna push through because it -- we're positive that's gonna come up again and then we'll be ready for that and it's gonna be exiting.
