David Waxman: New Opportunity in Old Media
Think globally, act locally. That type of thinking helped David Waxman, co-founder of internet-based ad agency Spot Runner tap into the multi-billion local TV ad market. While other firms were concentrating on the big fish and networks, Waxman and his partner Nick Grouf saw a huge opportunity in aggregating the long tail of TV advertising.
