Guiding Principles
It is interesting how the guiding principle for each business is different, yet they are all very successful corporations. It goes to prove that there is no "cookie cutter" way to succeed in the business world. Each business must find their own way to improve the efficiency of their company; you can not simply copy what another business has done because it may not fit your company and ultimately may not work the same way as it did before.

RE: Four Great Teams in Business History
It seems that great teams start with a problem or deficiency and become great teams by recognizing and brainstorming ways to fix this deficiency. The members of the team don?t have to be Einstein to fix the problem, they have to be creative and have characteristics such as determination. They also need to stay on track while working through to the task, without distractions. However, without deficiency, something can?t be made better. ? Audrey H. BU286

RE: Four Great Teams in Business History
It was interesting to read about different teams and who did what in those teams. When you think of Ford, you would think Henry Ford was the leader, it was surprising to find out he was the agitator.

RE: Four Great Teams in Business History
It is interesting to look at the different components of these great teams in history. They were all very creative and changed the world. The groups were formed by problems and they were all innovative in finding a way to solve the problem. The most interesting is probably Walt Disney since his group did not have a leader personality type and they were still very successful.
