Desperate for a NFL franchise, the state of Maryland struck a generous stadium deal to lure the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore: In addition to owing no rent, the team's front office acquired the stadium's naming rights for just $10 million and subsequently resold them to M&T Bank for $75 million in 2003, pocketing the difference.

The real problem are the "redneck" drunks who occupy the seats. Filthy language, smell of alcohol and uncouth rabble.

You gotta know jerryWorld will be big, beautiful and out-of-reach for the common man whom JJ and the rest of his owner's ilk would rather have to sit home and pay a subscription fee to watch all games on the NFL Network. The City of Arlington was sold a bill of goods, the Cowboys syncophant voters of Big A bought it hook, line and stinker.

The city's infrastructure can't support the stadium and all its grand plans as is...too few cops, no public transit system that can get you to the stadium, so you'll have to pay to park.

Yep, another private company gets the public to fund their playland and laugh all the way to the bank.

No wonder most cities are pursuing sport venues and ballot measures. These are money makers!!

Interesting data. I never though Dallas singles would be paying that high average price for sports tickets.
