Chopek
No one said a robo-bartender has look like a young Tom Cruise in Cocktail or Piper Perabo in Coyote Ugly. It just has to serve drinks the way you want them, when you want them. This one goes by the name of Chopek; it's the creation of David Calkins, who teaches robotics at San Francisco State University.

"It's all about the flair, the atmosphere and the personality that a robot can have," Magnus Wurzer, who helped launch Roboexotica in 1999, told Reuters this week. "They shouldn't behave like they were in a factory; they should be cultured and urbane."

Anthony Boucher's "Q.U.R." finally coming true?

The science fiction and mystery author (and editor) Anthony Boucher saw this coming in his short story "Q.U.R." - his robot, admittedly, mixed something a sight more complex than a mojito - but still, the late Mr. Boucher deserves a tip of the hat for prescience in fiction.
