Vino Viper
A device like the Vino Viper, exhibited by Kal Spelletich, could come in very handy when people are lined up three and four deep around the bar. Or maybe not; the Vino-Viper is operated by a breath sensor and flex sensors in a glove, which presumably would have to be shared. It also uses a video camera and monitor.

Anthony Boucher's "Q.U.R." finally coming true?

The science fiction and mystery author (and editor) Anthony Boucher saw this coming in his short story "Q.U.R." - his robot, admittedly, mixed something a sight more complex than a mojito - but still, the late Mr. Boucher deserves a tip of the hat for prescience in fiction.
